The objective of the Project is to develop an integrated management information system covering the overall functional areas in the National Civil Service Agency and the required exchange modules with human resources departments of each ministry of the Indonesian government.The systematization of civil servants information management contributes the transparency and reliability of recruitment, transfer, promotion, pension, and other processes.Additionally the collection, storage, processing, interpretation and dissemination of Civil Servants information support the administration of an updated and reliable database of civil servants, optimizing the management and planning of government human resources.The project includes the computerization of the central office and 12 regional offices throughout Indonesia in a turnkey basis comprising of the following activities:
